PRESIDENT/BUSINESS MANAGER

I am very honored to serve as the President and Business Manager of the Laborers’ District Council of Western Pennsylvania.  The other officers and staff members of the District Council and our affiliated Local Unions take very seriously our responsibilities to serve as the representatives of our hard-working members, and we consistently strive to provide them with competitive wages and benefits and the fairest and safest possible working conditions.  We pledge to always exercise our best efforts on behalf of our members and their families and to always act in their interest.  It is very gratifying to know that if we all work hard together we can achieve success in such efforts and improve the lives of our members and their loved ones.  I promise to always dedicate myself to these very important responsibilities.
