The Pennsylvania Laborers’ District Council
Executive Members
The seven members of the Pennsylvania Laborers' Union Executive Board are elected by its members to give strategic guidance in fulfilling LiUNA's mission: to provide family-supporting pay, great benefits, and the opportunity to advance and better lives within the construction craft industry.
Together and with input from all members, they make policy to govern the PA Laborers' Union, determine official positioning on public policy matters, set the office's budget and priorities, and develop strategic plans to guide organizational development.
